Your ERP master data is still saved locally on your server. The coresuite cloud connector enables the synchronization between your ERP system and the coresuite cloud (master cloud). After selecting and confirming which data you wish to synchronize, it will be sent to the coresuite cloud (via push and sync) and encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The coresuite cloud is split into several databases (data clouds), which communicates with the master cloud via VPN (Virtual Private Network). The data (Shared Business Objects) from your ERP environment is stored in our cloud and is then made available to the relevant mobile devices and ecosystems. coresystems offers the right solution with coresuite mobile The coresuite cloud allows you to access the required data any time at any place.

Advantages of cloud compared to on premise installation
Via the internet the data is accessible from everywhere, without having to change your IT infrastructure. The local data stays isolated and only the data, which are being used by the purchased products, will be transferred to the cloud (the cloud automatically determines the set of data based on the purchased products) The transmission of the data from the local SAP to the cloud takes place completely encrypted via HTTPS protocol (HTTPS is the same encryption technology, which is being used for the online banking and prevents that someone can “intercept” the communication between the local SAP and the cloud) On the cloud, the customer data is being saved in separated data bases (each account has its own data banks), therefore each customer can only access their own personal data.
