Imagine you got a call from a business partner and you could access all important information related to this business partner before you pick up the phone. This is the fundamental idea underlying coresuite cti. This product connects ESTOS CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) products with the coresuite country package component coresuite enterprise search and is fully integrated in SAP Business One.

Knowing at once who is calling

A speech bubble identifies the caller and displays all important data related to them from SAP Business One. The data can be marked with colors: If, for instance, the client’s account balance is too high, it is highlighted in red. You see at once that the client has open invoices!

Knowing what is going on

With ProCall Monitor you know what is going on. You can see at a glance which one of your colleagues is available or who is calling whom. As it is connected to Outlook, active meetings are directly shown on screen.

Finding contacts in seconds

You can search in all data sources (SAP, Outlook, Twixtel, etc). The connection to SAP allows you to fi nd client addresses as they are registered in SAP. And with ProCall Clients you can call the customer directly from these programs.

ESTOS MetaDirectory is used for editing of contact data and collecting dispersed data into a global information service, based on Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).

coresuite country package is the interface between ESTOS and SAP Business One. coresuite country package registers every call made to the ESTOS service and offers several functions within SAP. Based on the telephone number, you are directed at once to the right business partner. You can then, for instance, open a business partner mask, a service call or an activity or, thanks to Quick Functions, create a new document with a click. coresuite country package also shows you other useful information about the user.
