Orders
The mobile barcode scanner!

A comprehensive ordering tool makes it possible to place orders quickly and efficiently with exact warehouse stock data, prices and sales conditions. Orders can be placed easily with a external barcode scanner, or with a good search function. If you created the order you can send it to the customer as a PDF or, if available print out via Air printer.
Geo Location / Map
Information directly on the map!

Geo-location allows you to display customer contact data directly on the map. You can also see where your colleagues are, or which customers are near your location. When starting the app and the function "send location" is activated, coresuite mobile automatically send your location to the coresuite cloud, and your position is immediately visible on the coresuite map . This app is also available as widget in your SAP Cockpit. The link to the navigation app from TomTom ® enables easy to be led to a business partner.
Business Partner
View current business partner data at a glance and be closer to your customers!

All useful data on your Business Partners is displayed on your mobile device. A quick glance gives you an overview of the distribution of responsibilities in the company and enables you to view information such as addresses, telephone numbers, current sales figures, open invoices, past activities and much more. If the business partner of the company are very complex it is possible to define which user can see which entries.
Alerts
Define what makes a warning necessary!

Don’t miss alert messages from your ERP system anymore. You can have messages sent to you triggered by default, or you can define them in advance. For example, if an important customer places an order, you will be informed automatically.
Items & Stock
Current warehouse stock levels always at your disposal!

With this the coresuite mobile sales function you can view the current warehouse stock level at any time. You can access current stock lists and if you debit items and products, they are being automatically deducted from the stock list. In this way you can always see which items are available and will always have an updated product list. In the event that your product catalog contains many items which are not relevant for the activity you are performing, you can define which products are displayed and which not. This simplifies the navigation on the device.

This function allows you to note options, information or problems of a customer. You can categorize this information. After the synchronization, this data is stored in the master data of the corresponding business partner and can be viewed by every ERP user.
Approvals
Approve requests even when outside the office!

This function allows the approval processes comply with permits. Thus the person responsible can participate in the process even if it is outside the office. Thanks to coresuite mobile as Manager you get an overview of the Invoice, Order, etc. and can grant or reject the Request in an easy way.
