Group Reporting & Business Intelligence
Which CFO has not experienced the monthly reports to the parent company before? Countless hours are invested in compiling data from all over the world in order to present it to the board. The coresystems team can support you by summarizing the key figures from your branch offices in a data warehouse and making it available to authorized users. These ad hoc systems are designed and documented using Microsoft Analysis Services.

Evaluations can be viewed and customized via Excel or the web as standard. The relevant offices can receive important reports automatically through report subscriptions.

  • Financial Cubes (summarized financial data from your branch offices)
  • Sales Cubes (summarized sales/marketing figures from your branch offices)
  • Warehouse Cube (warehouse stocks from all around the world)

Once again, the source and targets of the data is irrelevant. This means that information sources can be located in heterogeneous ERP systems and the data storage can also take place outside of a cube (e.g. storage in SAP BW).
Introduction of SAP Business One in all branch offices


Besides master data, our specialty is the harmonization of the ERP landscape within your group. We use the SAP product SAP Business One to do this. This is perfectly suited to show the processes of branch offices. It contains both classic function modules (purchasing, sales, warehouse, production, HR and finance) as well as standard interfaces for communication with third party systems (e.g. the system used by the parent company).

SAP Business One is suitable both for the first launch (e.g. foundation) of a branch office and for a successive ERP exchange (e.g. replacement of an old system).
Training courses in the local language
coresystems is keen to act internationally and possesses offices in five countries. Wherever coresystems is not actually present, one of our 400 alliance partners will oversee the ERP introduction.This means that we can also offer training courses for your employees in the appropriate local language, thus achieving maximum acceptance on the part of your team.
Complete documentation in English and German
We compile all the planning and process documentation in English or in German. Over 50 people look after your personal documentation on an encrypted online platform.Every tiny change to parameters or processes is adjusted continually and is available in real time. You will receive documentation access for every order with login data for your IT employees.
