Package 1


  • SAP Integration Suite (CPI) will be hosted by Coresystems (OEM) and customer / partner doesn’t need to contract it at SAP

  • No direct access for customers / partners to CPI

  • Monitoring will be done by Coresystems

  • A defined number of integration-messages is included

  • Potential additional required messages will be added and invoiced on top

Package 2


  • CPI will be on the customer side (contracted directly between Partner/ Customer and SAP)

  • Coresystems will provide the integration packages and relevant updates for CSI4ByD

  • Partner / Customer is responsible for Monitoring
