If you request support by email or telephone, we open a ticket and address your problem immediately. Such support requests received by our professional staff are subject to a fee. Our support team will also invoice you for efforts if the product in question is installed on a system that does not meet the system requirements. The support that is required due to errors in our products is, of course, free of charge.

You can submit support requests and view their processing status online at any time using our helpdesk. To allow us to provide the best possible service, your request should contain as much information as possible:

2. Log-Files
3. Detailed issue description (incl. print screen)
